People and Organization Management - Reflection Day 4

Today, we started our day with a presentation by Richard Rosenow of OneModel.  Following our presentation, we took a tour of the NYU campus and then the NYU Library.  Then, we concluded our day with a presentation from the NYU Entrepreneurial Lab (e-Lab)

The presentation from Richard was phenomenal.  What I found valuable was his explanation of how companies function with People Analytics teams currently and what he thinks the future of People Analytics teams will look like in the future through “Workforce System Leaders.”  I was also inspired by the fact that Richard got his start from a non-profit.  I’m currently at a non-profit organization and unsure what move I should make next.

The tours were also incredible.  Considering I will be an online student, I’m so glad I could visit the campus; it helped me feel more connected to the school.  However, I was also able to hear about many online resources that I can utilize as a remote student.  Lastly, I gained a wealth of knowledge from the e-Lab presentation and look forward to my first coaching session.
